I don't know about the Arabs, but the rest seems roughly accurate in my experience.
Actually, I do know about the Arabs. Initially, they tend to be friendly, but they are also oppressive in the sense that they eventually demand constant attention, and if you get on their bad side, they become sworn enemies. Can't stand them, basically. On top of the fact that they're just stupid.
